With more than 20 years of experience across HR, business operations, and leadership, Josh Lewis brings a steady, people-centered presence to every organization he supports.
Josh’s diverse background allows him to bridge the gap between people strategy and business operations. After earning a B.S. – Management from Missouri State University, he began his career in financial and HR analytics with firms including Forvis Mazars, Zions Bank, and Goldman Sachs. He later transitioned into HR leadership roles at DISH Network, Stinson, and nbkc bank. He later returned to Missouri State to earn an MBA.
While experienced in all areas of the HR function, Josh is especially skilled in HR process improvement, employee engagement strategies, compensation analysis, HRIS migrations and integrations, and using people analytics to support sound decision-making. Whether working with small local employers or global corporations, Josh tailors his approach to each client’s unique challenges and culture.
Josh’s leadership philosophy emphasizes clear communication, coaching over quick fixes, and modeling professionalism in everyday interactions. He believes in creating environments where team members feel empowered to solve problems, stay solution-oriented, even in tough situations, and consistently strive to improve both their individual performance and team outcomes.
Josh’s commitment to community extends beyond his professional work. He enjoys giving back through volunteering with various civic, religious, and charity groups, both in hands-on roles and in leadership capacities.
